Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in state or federal courts located in Colorado to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm. Any such actions may be filed in the appropriate court system.
